These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AXIOM platform and any related services provided by AXE Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), a Canadian company operating at axiom.com.vc. By accessing or using AXIOM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AXIOM is sovereign AI infrastructure designed to run on your hardware under your control. These Terms govern both self-hosted deployments and any hosted instances provided by AXE Technologies. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the software or services. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.
AXIOM is open-source software provided as-is. You are free to self-host, modify, fork, and redistribute under the terms of the project license included in the source repository. No proprietary dependencies are required. The software is designed to function entirely without external service calls. Your modifications and derivative works are your own — we claim no rights over code you write on top of AXIOM.
Self-hosted instances are entirely your responsibility and have no usage restrictions beyond the license terms. You may run AXIOM on any hardware, in any jurisdiction, for any lawful purpose. Hosted AXIOM services are subject to fair use. Do not use hosted instances for automated abuse, denial-of-service attacks, illegal content generation, or any activity that degrades the service for others.
You are responsible for your own infrastructure, data, backups, and security configuration. AXIOM gives you full sovereignty over your AI stack, which means you own both the power and the responsibility. We do not manage, monitor, or access your deployments. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of AI models complies with applicable laws and the license terms of any models you deploy.
The AXIOM name, AXE Technologies brand, and associated logos are the property of AXE Technologies. The open-source codebase is licensed separately under its project license. Content you generate using AXIOM — including AI model outputs, embeddings, and derivative data — belongs to you. We make no claim over your outputs and have no access to them.
AI model outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or fabricated information. AXIOM is a tool, not an oracle. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and taking responsibility for any decisions based on AI-generated content. Do not rely on model outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent human review.
AXIOM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. AXE Technologies does not warrant that the software will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that AI model outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AXE Technologies, its founders, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the software or services. This includes, without limitation, damages for data loss, infrastructure failures, model output inaccuracies, lost profits, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which AXE Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada.
We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of hosted services. Continued use of the software or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
